Important Notice

No refunds are provided once course access has been granted. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that the license is deemed consumed upon access being provided.

1. No Refund Policy

London School of Business and Research (LSBR) operates a strict no-refund policy for all course purchases. This policy applies to all courses, programs, and educational services offered by LSBR.

Course fees are non-refundable once access is provided
The license is considered consumed upon course access
No exceptions are made for personal circumstances
This policy applies to all payment methods

2. When Access is Granted

Course access is considered granted when:

Login credentials are provided to the student
Course materials become available in the learning platform
Welcome email with access instructions is sent
Payment has been processed and confirmed

3. Before Purchase

We strongly encourage students to:

Carefully review course descriptions and requirements
Ensure they meet the technical requirements
Consider their time commitment and availability
Contact our support team with any questions
Read all terms and conditions before purchasing

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties:

Contact our technical support team immediately
We will work to resolve issues within 24-48 hours
Course access may be extended to compensate for downtime
No refunds are provided for technical issues
Alternative solutions will be offered where possible

5. Course Cancellation by LSBR

In the rare event that LSBR cancels a course:

Students will be offered an alternative course
If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided
Students will be notified at least 7 days in advance
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days

6. Payment Plans

For students on payment plans:

All agreed payments remain due regardless of course completion
No refunds are provided for partial payments
Default on payments may result in legal action
Course access may be suspended for non-payment

7. Exceptional Circumstances

LSBR reserves the right to consider refunds only in exceptional circumstances:

Course access was never provided due to technical failure
Course was cancelled by LSBR with no alternative offered
Duplicate payments were made in error
Legal requirements mandate a refund

Note: Personal circumstances, change of mind, or inability to complete the course do not constitute exceptional circumstances.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about this policy:

Contact our customer service team first
Submit a formal complaint in writing
We will respond within 5 working days
If unresolved, you may contact relevant consumer protection agencies
UK law governs all disputes
